# Le revenu cadastral est-il limité à un certain montant pour obtenir un crédit social?

Non, peu importe le montant du revenu cadastral pour obtenir un crédit au Fonds du Logement.  La valeur vénale de l’immeuble ne pourra dépasser un certain montant. 

Par contre, il est possible d'obtenir, dans certaines conditions, un taux réduit des droits d'enregistrement de 5% lorsque l’achat est financé par un crédit social.
